Hardware devices are not getting recognized during xstore startup JPOS_E_disabled

HI Mosc,

During Xstore startup , getting the following error

we rolled out a upgrade build , after that could see the error

verified the Jpos.xml and the hardwareconfig.xml everything seems to be fine

Unable to start the dtv.hardware.types.HardwareType.POSPrinter.VALIDATION due to a timeout.

  Unable to start the dtv.hardware.types.HardwareType.MICR.MAIN_MICR due to a timeout.

  Unable to start the dtv.hardware.types.HardwareType.CashDrawer.CASHDRAWER due to a timeout.

Caused by: jpos.JposException: Control not opened

at jpos.MICR.setDataEventEnabled(Unknown Source)
