planning maturity modeling

Hi All,

Bit of a long shot but hoping someone may be able to help.

I have been asked to complete a planning maturity model for a client I am currenlty working at. I am looking to score 1-4 on basic planning questions to assess the current and then provide a target level from the business to where they want to go.

example

capability question - How are assortments managed in-season? which then has level 1 - 4 or similar ratings so I can assess current state and target.
