Freight line

We add a freight line on a PO 2 way voucher match screen P4313 with option 5 for freight distribution line on jde 9.1. System prompts us to enter GL distribution account for this new line option 5. Once everything is done with this new line 5 then system takes us to next screen for freight distribution and we have an option to select distribution by amount or percentage. Now here I would like to know if we can allocate the freight distribution lines by the GL distribution account based on the PO lines. If all amounts go to one
