BI Publisher Excel Template - How to have Filter Option by default

Hi All,

I am using BI Publisher Excel Template to export the data in .xls format and send it via email to the designated users. Wondering is there a way to have the Filter Option already given to the user by default when the sheet is opened? I have a header and want to put filter option by default.

Attaching the raw Template where i have the filter option already given but when we upload the xml and execute the output, the filter option goes away.
