BIP12c - Legend text moving out of legend boundary

After migrating our reports to BIP-12c we are observing

1] legend text is moving beyond it's boundaries

                                                                                                            BIP 11g chart                                                                                                                                                   

                                                                                                 BIP12c chart

2] and also there is some overlapping of legend text in BIP12c

                                                                            BIP 11g chart

                                                                            BIP12c chart
