Fusion Client Online Help Changed in v16 - How to Search the Help Now?

The way that the online help is displayed has changed between v15 and v16 of RPAS. One of the biggest noticeable changes is that the 'Search' window has disappeared.

Will this be coming back in a future release? Is there a workaround besides downloading the fc user guide from Oracle Support?
