On HR got FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063

Hi Everybody

Testing HR application, when attempting give maintenance, assignment, drop or create a new employee got the issue:

FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063

This issue is affecting PA,PO,PAY Release 12.2.6 and cannot continue with test.

Does anybody faced something like that.
