Unable to delete a node or addnode on shared application filesystem after issue with context_file

Hello,

When executing the following on E-Business 12.2.5 on Solaris SPARC 64-bit 10 as part of our UAT upgrade. It is the first opportunity to do this and I need some help.

$ cd /psi2/fs1/EBSapps/comn/clone/bin

$ /psi2/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier/perl/bin/perl ./adclonectx.pl \
addnode contextfile=/psi2/fs1/inst/apps/PSI_dbdss07h/appl/admin/PSI_dbdss07h.xml \
pairsfile=/psi2/pairsfiles/mypairsfile.txt \
dualfs=yes

I may have put fs2 instead of fs1. The process all seemed to work and I just didn't notice, though I'm still unsure that is what happened exactly. No matter, I am currently unable to delete the node or add the node and am on a critical timeline for an upgrade projects. I do have a context_file on the patch fs but that will not work for the delete-node
