Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Related OT not displayed from P4210

We have an ST and OT order.

When we go to the ST on P4210 and we do related PO we cannot see the OT.

The related order informaiton is well filled (DOCO, DCTO, KCOO)

What other set up can affect this?

Processing options of both P4210 and P4310 are well set up to allow the orders to be viewed.

When we go to the P4310 version called by P4210, we can see the OT order.
