Future Terminated Employee for Assignment

Hi Gurus,

I have requirement like :

In resource management, i have role : project manager is allocated 1-Jan-2017 to 31-Dec-2018.

Now i need assign employee to project manager role in resource management but this employee is terminated in HRMS future date of 30-Sep-2017 and i am unable to assign the employee for project manager role.

I saw in oracle user guide for this issue below suggesting that write some fast formulas..If any body did same,please help.

Oracle Human Resource Management System (HRMS) enables you to terminate schedulable people resources at a future date. A resource is eligible for scheduling based on data that is synchronized from Oracle HRMS. If a resource is terminated in Oracle HRMS, the resource is not eligible for scheduling on project assignments after the termination date.
