Difference in COGS ann in

I am facing the following situation in E1 9.0.  (We are preparing to upgrade to 9.2 - if the solution only works in 9.2 I am fine with it.)

We created an SB order for an item with COGS 10.  SO gets created through  Blanket Order Release and the SO inherits the sales price and the COGS of the  SB.  OK fine.

Inventory gets relieved at ship confirm and the sales update creates the journal entries.

Integrity between F4111 and F0911 is fine.

After a certain period we change the standerd cost of the item from 10 to 11.

IB doument is created in F4111 and F0911 to mark the inventory revaluation.  OK.
