after change to SSL how to disable other non SSL port

Hello,

We changed weblogic server instance to use SSL port instead of non SSL port, but we had to keep both ports enabled, because when we disabled this non SSL port the server is not reachable from server manager anymore:

although server manager has the new SSL port:
