Cloning EBS r12.2.5

Please any one help me to clone oracle ebs12.2.5 with database 11.2.0.4 on the oracle linux 6.8 platform. I wanted to also know what files that need to be copy in the application tier ie fs1, fs2 or fs_ne from the source server to destination server.
