Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Please help me.

now,i have a urgency case of modify the 11.2.0.3 ADG parameter of sessions and processes(without DG Broker)

I have no experience before.

so could you plsease give me the steps in details to accomplish this case.
