Unable to delete/remove a node on shared application filesystem after issue with context_file and ad

Hello,

When executing the following on E-Business 12.2.5 on Solaris SPARC 64-bit 10 as part of our UAT upgrade. It is the first opportunity to do this and I need some help.

$ cd /psi2/fs1/EBSapps/comn/clone/bin

$ /psi2/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier/perl/bin/perl ./adclonectx.pl \

addnode contextfile=/psi2/fs1/inst/apps/PSI_dbdss07h/appl/admin/PSI_dbdss07h.xml \

pairsfile=/psi2/pairsfiles/mypairsfile.txt \

dualfs=yes

Due to the initial addnode working well, I went on to register the new topology. I can see the node in OAM and in the weblogic console but no context_file for it on fs1 so if I source the environment it is using the fs2 which is currently the patch edition. I've really done it now and need you help cleaning up one of my bigger messes. I can't seem to get out of this one.
