Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Mobile Apps SSL security certificate expired

our mobile apps SSL ports on AIS stopped working as the keystore certificate got expired.

We have received the new certificate now and just need to import it to the server and renew it.

Can anyone tell me the steps to do this?

Do i need a keystore ID/Password? I dont have it right now.
