OEM 12c Tablespaces With Problem Segments not triggering

Tablespaces With Problem Segments
Collection Schedule: Every 1 Hour
Upload Interval : Every Collection
Last Upload :n/a

I have configured Segments Not Able to Extend > 3 but created a sample tablespace ( without autoextend on)  and created object and I know that tables can't allocate next extent but alert is not triggering.

Based on  alert history, I see Last Upload is n/a so looks like metric is not getting collected
