Service Request Task Assignment resource not correct through Territories

Hello (Service) Territory experts,

This is regarding service Territories use to assign tasks to service requests. I am using Service Territory setup to work with autonomous scheduler to assign SR tasks to service technicians. I did a proof of concept and it seemed to work, but upon loading the entire set of qualifier attribute value (based on states and postal codes) my results are all over the place. I am getting very confusing results - the winning territory / resource picked is not matching with the service territory setup at all.
