[Hyperion] - FDMEE issue - JVM crash

Hello, everyone!
We have been facing several problems with the FDMEE crashes lately. The crashes occur, mainly, on days when we know we have the biggest data load in the system but, sometimes, they occur when there are no services being processed.
To minimize the impact, 3 JVM were created for FDMEE so the end customer does not feel any problem. Most of the times only one JVM crashes, but there were already times when 2 of them were down. We proceed with the application restart and it works well.
We use FDMEE version 11.1.2.4.200.012 installed in an Exalytics T5-8
