User always get FRM-92102 and form cash when using loadbalance architecture

Hi All,

My EBS architecture is  2 AP nodes with shared appl_top at release R12.1.3,  2 DB nodes RAC , version  11.2.0.4.

When i using software (Nginx) or hardware (F5 BIG IP or　sangfor  ) loadbalancer , users frequently get FRM-92102 error and the form

which he using will cash . and AP log will get FRM-93000 error.

  but when i using DNS loadbalance architecture, user nearly not get error.

So, I think maybe some setting about loadbalance in EBS  is incorrect , but i can not find it.

Is there some one could help me to find it ?

I have submit a SR 3-15129822871 , 2 months ago, but still have not solve the problem.
