Applying PSU on Pinned databases with 11g grid

Hi,

Our client is having oracle 11g RAC databases (11.2.0.4) of Standard edition. Now they requested me to patch with latest PSU (July'17). While taking pre-checks, i came to know that this 11G cluster also have PINNED with 10G (10.2.0.5) databases.

Here my question is, Before applying PSU ( released on July'17) on 11G GRID and 11G databases, Do i need to apply the PSU on 10g databases those are pinned with 11g cluster? The latest available PSU for 10g (10.2.0.5) is 

20299014 (10.2.0.5.19) released in July 2015.

Do i need to apply 10.2.0.5.19 PSU on my 10.2.0.5 databases before applying PSU on 11.2.0.4 databases? Or can i ignore 10G databases and go ahead with 11.2.0.4 latest PSU?
