Changing enterpriseone 9.2 database server in existing setup(windows 2012R2)

Dear team,

We are using 2 different jde 9.2 setup for example A and B, now planning to change database server B to A but A is already having separate setup of jde 9.2 can I add one more database server in existing setup with different instance ?if yes please clear few points

following this (Doc ID 1944173.1)

1 - should I run the database installer or create manually following this (Doc ID 832434.1)

2 - JDEDwardsppack directory already exist on that server if I run the installer it will create another same name directory is it ok?(I will use different drive for this installer)

In both setup enterprise server is different
