Single Sign on for DBAs to Maintain/Use Enterprise Manager 13c on AIX

Dear DBA Community

We have never used enterprise manager in the past and decided now to go for it. I need single sign on for DBA accounts on top of sysman account. Please give me ideas and share your experience.
