adop exiting with status =1 (Fail) while apply 25874936 (R12.TXK.C.Delta.9)

I have 12.2.0 fresh installation and intending to upgrade to 12.2.4

I followed the below notes:

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.4 Readme ( Doc ID 1617458.1  )

Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 ( Doc ID 1617461.1  )

I followed Path A at  Doc ID 1617461.1   and I got the below error while applying  Patch 25180736 (R12.TXK.C.Delta.9)
