BI Publisher Desktop not showing addon on Excel 2013

Hello,

I am on BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.17 and Microsoft Office 2013. BI Publisher desktop works fine on word 2013 but it doesn't show the AddOn on Excel 2013.

Is that the right version for Office 2013 or Am I missing something.
