Is there a way to update the manufacturing calendars to reflect capacity planning

Hi,

Is there a way to update the manufacturing calendars to reflect the
upcoming capacity situation during ramp down, black out and ramp up (e.g. 80%
in October, 60% in November and 70% of December)

This will allow the planning system to consider available
capacity during October / November and December.
