Unable to attach/update parts list and routing on shopfloor work order

Hi All,

We are running JDE 9.1.  All of a sudden we are unable to attach/update parts list and routing on a shopfloor work order.  We run R31410 and it completes but when I take a row exit to parts list there wouldn't be anything there.  The BOM and Routing are complete and the effective dates are correct.  We have not changed our process or updated any processing options on the batch or interactive applications.  I am starting to think that this could be a database issue.  Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
