Payroll-Split Fixed loan repayment amount between interest and principal

We are attempting to move our loan management into JDE payroll. We have a situation where we have a fixed repayment amount with interest rate driven loan.

Scenario

Loan amount 1,000,000 @ 3% interest calculated on a reducing balance basis. The monthly repayment is fixed @ $15,000 monthly (principal repayment + interest)
