BIP Translation based on Customer Language

Hello, It is documented that BIP translation can be done based on User Preference Language. We have a requirement where we need to print BIP based on Customer Language in Address book rather than User Preference Language. Is there a way to achieve this?  We appreciate any suggestions or Ideas.
