IP2016 siebel enterprise configuration wizard fails

OS:Linux environment

Database:Oracle 11.2

1)Install Siebel Gateway, Siebel Server, Siebel Database server

2)Started configuring Siebel gateway

Source the variable ./cfgenv.sh

Provided the following parameters

Main Task Selection : Create New Configuration

Configuration Task Selection : Configure a New Gateway Name Server

Gateway Name Server TCP/IP Port : 2320

Min heap size for Siebel Cache Server process (Value in MB) : 256

Max heap size for Siebel Cache Server process (Value in MB) : 512

Port for the Siebel Cache Server : 2322

Port for the TcpProxyService : 2323

Cluster Name : SiebelCluster

JRE Management Configuration File : /app/siebel/jre8/lib/management/management.properties

Configuration wizard failed with error. I have reviewed cfgtoolslogs, does not point to any issue.
