Hello!

              I migrated my database from one server to the other and updated the version of oracle to 12.1. The database is non-cdb.

              I followed the instructions that were given to me in a previous question that I did here in this community. The discussion calls: Migration Oracle 11g to 12c - Apex 5

              Now, although you have created the i.war file and have not placed the ContextRoot, the images are not displayed.

              Another question: when I try the portuguese portuguese version of apex, instead of the accented characters, they appear "???"

              Example: The Action button for interactive reports should display Ações.
