Hyperion Workflow Failed: Not Enough Access

Hi,

For one cost center in Hyperion workflow getting the error "Failed: Not Enough Access". All the siblings and the parent of that cost center are not getting the same error. Let me know the reason for this issue and Thanks in advance.
