Reroute and rerate load at unscheduled delivery

Hi,

Load doesn’t reroute and rerate with new route and freight charges when we do unscheduled delivery after load confirmation if customer A doesn’t accept delivery and Load is advised to deliver to customer B which was not originally planned on the load.

Scenario:

Load build, approved and confirmed to deliver 50000 LT fuel at customer A site. When truck arrives at customer A site driver gets to know that customer can’t accept delivery most common example would be due to insufficient space available in tank.

In this case driver is advised to deliver the entire truck load or partial truck load to customer site B which attract additional example $500 freight charges to original freight charges.
