Having an different Business group for Mexico Country for different Operating Units

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello All,

currently per organization Structure - we have 1 business Group --> 2 legal entities , 2 ledgers and 2 operating Units.

Does any one know any statutory requirements for having these totally separate business Groups in Mexico ?

Can some one provide / add advantages and disadvantages for having 2 Business Groups in same country?

As the only reason we need to separate them would be the following

a) Legislation is different

b) Work structure is different

c) Currency is different .
