Position Define

Hello,

I'm trying to redefine position or create a new position as per new naming convention. I have lifeguard who works 1-day ABC center 2 days def center , 1-day XYZ center and 1-day mno center. Each employee has cost center. Since one lifeguard moves  4 centers within in different center. All center has currently different position. I would like to have one position. Therefore I'm thinking to design some better naming convention. Any advice is welcome.
