Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Put BLOB type image to XML report

Hi,

I want to display employee image in a XML report.

Image stored in this table PER_IMAGES
That is a blob type image

This is XML generated report.

But when I generate pdf output ,it was blank

How to do this task
