HFM apps showing in shared panel in Smartview but not in Workspace (correctly so)

Hi

I have removed provisioning from security groups and roles so that the apps do not show up in Workspace (QuickLinks) for the user, but they do show up in Smartview.

User is only provisioned for NVTPRDHFM

But in Smartview after logging in as the same user I can see all apps , even though user is not provisioned

any ideas how to remove from Sview?
