JDE 9.2: batch type IB out of balance

We have a customer sales batch type IB that is returning th R09801E, out of balance error when posting.

The customer for one of the orders was blank in the customer file, P03013,GL tab.

The R09801E is returning  a AE entry in another company and therefore the batch is out of balance.

The totals for the whole report are correct.

in F0901 the post code is blank and there are no AE entries f

or the batch.

Can I follow the procedure listed belowfor G type batches to correct my IB batch?

is there anything else I need to consider?
