R09811 - Running for the first time

We are required to archive/summarize and purge data for regulatory purposes beginning 2018.

I am starting to document the process in DV and running my tests.

I setup the GLSM and GLPR AAI's and setup the job cost summarization flag for the AA and CA ledger.

I specified 98 months and company 17 in the processing options.

The company is st with a December 31, 2016 GL date in P0010.

There are roughly 110,000 records that should be summarized for this company (2007 through 2010).

The job is submitted using the JDE user ID (System Admin).

When I run R09811 to summarize a specific company, I get no 'BF' documents in F0911.
