Separate EFW2 files for the PA Tax filing agencies

For W2's, my client needs separate EFW2 files for their Tax Agencies in PA that only include the wages filed through their agency (Berkheimer and Keystone specifically).  Is there any plan to provide this functionality or does anyone have suggestions?
