Physical to Virtual for user Based License

Dear All,

We are planning to move from physical to virtual environment; current environment; 2 physical servers (12.1.2 application tier server and 11.1.0.7 data base tier server) both running RHEL; our oracle license is user based;

Our questions:

1. Are there any licensing issues to move to virtual environment; One physical with 2 virtual;

2. Is vSphere VMWare supported for Oracle Products.
