Hi All,

We have a scenario as Explained below:

Employee Salary per month(240 Hours per month):

Basic: 4800

HRA:  2400

Food Allowance:500

Fuel Allowance:500

OT pay is 1.5 Multiplier

Now Employee worked as below:

Normal Pay 240 Hours (One month Pay)

OT Pay 20 Hours

Now when Employee salary is calculated his HRA should be calculated for OT hours also with a Pay rate of 1.5. What setup should be done to achieve this Scenario.

Basic: 4800

OT: (4800/240)*1.5*20=600

HRA: 2400 (Normal Pay)+ (2400/240)*20*1.5=2400+300=2700

Please suggest.

Howdy, Stranger!
