We are on 12.2.6 and trying to implement AME. We dont have positions , using Job levels and employee supervisory heierachy

I have defined the 2 rules

Issue is in the Rule1 --> XXTS_AP_INVOICE_RULE<= TO $2,500

This uses the absolute job level , requires approval up to at most level 2.

Requester (Velisetty,Kranthikar) next supervisor is (GADDAM,VISHU ) does not have a job and his supervisor (VELLIAIYAN,SAMI) has the Job "Manager" .

Our expectation is ->Absolute job level should Follows the HR hierarchy until an approver at the specified job level is found. In this case (GADDAM,VISHU ) supervisor has the Job "Manager" and he should approve.
