SIP REFER TRANSFER and to choose between outgoing realm / next-hop / SIP agent

Hi Community,

We have two SIP Service Provider (SP) links connecting to a NN 3820 (SCX6.4.0 MR3) SBC at a call center office.

We need to setup the SBC to support the following:

- if any incoming call coming through the service provider SIP-agent 'A' is answered by a call center agent and then if that call is transferred by the call center agent to 'any' external number, the transferred call should go back through the same SIP-agent 'A'
