Siebel server is not coming up after restart.

Techies,

Siebel Server & GW server was working fine till few days, all of sudden Siebel server is not coming up after restart. Tried to remove, osdf file, dicache,dat file, temp folder, shm file, .bin file in .mw folder and backed up working siebns.dat file, nothing worked. Found the call stack, core, fdr as below:

PROCESS 3223 CRASHED AFTER RECEIVING SIGNAL 11 IN THREAD 1472727872!!!
