How to generate a manufacturing work order since there's no Z-file and F3411Z1 is obsolete.

When a purchase order is started for item X we want tot start a manufacturing work order for item Y. If item X would have a setup "linetype=W" a WO would be created for item X, but we want WO for item Y. We have a trigger, so we could fill a Z-file and process it but it seems there is no Z-file available fot inbound WO header. We have also seen the suggestion to use the F3411Z1 file to generate a planned WO as the requirements planning function does. However, meantime F3411Z1 is obsolete and therefor this is no
