Siebel IP17 upgrade hardware sizing

Hello,

We have Siebel 8.2.2.14  application. We want to upgrade it to IP17.

  As we understood that because of Workspace the size of the database increases 30% Can you pls let us know do we need to do any hardware upgrade or we can continue with same set of server.
