B1 Hold Order not updated in F4209

Hi ,

I enable the B1 hold code , to place the B1 hold code  if account code exceed the budget value in P4310.

But in the order B1 hold code is available but the same order not in F4209 table to remove the hold code.

Please help me , if setup was missing for budget hold.
