MIN MAX requsitions not ceated in approved status

Hello,

We are on 12.2.3.we are creating requisitions from min max planning but these are not coming over as approved.how can these be created in approved status.

The profile INV: Minmax Reorder Approval has values of incomplete,approval required and pre-approved but there is no Approved value in the list.The user guide says this comes with a default value of approved but do not see that. in the list
