Licencing metric Name user plus covert to processor based Licencing

Hi

We  have name user plus licencing and processor based . I need to transfer all in to processor base licencing . Now I need to know how much nups equal to processor base licencing and how much extra processor licencing I need.

Scenario:

I have 48 cpus Intel. 48* 05(core factor)=  24

Description QTY

oracle enterise Edition Named user Plus Perpetual       25

oracle enterise Edition Named user Plus Perpetual      250

oracle enterise Edition Named user Plus Perpetual       95

oracle enterise Edition Processor perpetual              2

oracle enterise Edition Processor perpetual              8

according to  this, we have processor base licencing -10  and Named user= 370 ( I assumed the i calculated is correct)
